Your advice for maintaining a healthy skin as you age

Only 20% of skin aging is genetically determined. 80% is caused due to environmental influences.

Your personal habits like sleep, food, sports, stress reduction are very important.

Protecting your skin from environmental factors like air pollution with a serum that contains antioxidants as well as sunscreen is a must.

For you, what is the major quality of The Age Tech Serum?

The Age Tech Serum works on all main causes of skin aging. It reduces the burden of senescent cells, its an antioxidant and therefore prevents DNA damage by reducing reactive oxygen species (ROS) and contributes to proliferating processes in skin cells.

These synergistic effects will result in a healthier looking skin.

The Age Tech Serum works on all main causes of skin aging.

How would you recommend it to your patient?

First layer in the morning and evening. Depending on your skin needs you may have to layer a moisturizer on top.

Again, sunscreen for daytime is a must.

What’s your own skincare routine?

The Age Tech Serum and beside that always Intelligent adaptive to my own needs and skin demands. Essentials are cleansing day and nighttime, scrub once or twice a week to get rid of dead skin cells and improve absorption of the following products.

Retinol in the evening and sunscreen in the morning as the last layer is an imperative.
