Wrinkle reduction

Clinical trials have proven that the ingredients of this serum reduce wrinkles. They work together through different complementary mechanisms. Their action within cells and skin layers fights aging causes and effects.

Skin aging prevention

One of the active peptides has shown to reduce several senescence (natural aging) markers in skin stem cell cultures. It also significantly reduces wrinkles through the increase in collagen and elastin synthesis.

Skin regeneration

In vitro, the apple stem cell extract included in our serum increases the proliferation of skin stem cells (fibroblasts). It also reduces cell senescence by stimulating genes involved in cell growth while inhibiting tumor genes.

Dark circles reduction

Clinical results show that the extract of Albizia Julibrissin, which consolidates the skin’s microvascular network, has a powerful fading effect on dark circles. It is also the only product known to date that reduces sagging eyelids.

Lifting effect

Our formulation contains a cellular activity regulator mimetic peptide that has demonstrated a lifting effect. It also increases the cellular content of collagen, fibronectin, and hyaluronic acid.

Elasticity stimulation

The peptides in our serum increase skin collagen, hyaluronic acid, elastin, and fibronectin along with other molecules also responsible for cell elasticity. One of them is exclusively acting on key components of cells’ cytoskeleton and junctions, thus improving the dermis’ structure. Skin is therefore more elastic, smoother, and firmer.

Skin Hydration

A vegetal active, rich in arabinogalactans, increases skin hydration by improving water absorption and retention. Its mechanism enhances the expression of genes coding for proteins forming channels through cell membranes, which allows water to penetrate and hydrate the skin. Adding different molecular weights of hyaluronic acid also plays a crucial role in skin hydration and structure.

Dark spots reduction

We have included a molecule derived from vitamin C drastically reducing hyperpigmentation or age spots by acting directly on skin melanocytes. Unlike vitamin C which is quickly degraded, our derivate is more stable.

Free radical protection

The Age Tech serum includes CoQ10 with several highly antioxidant plant extracts. CoQ10 is a powerful antioxidant reducing wrinkles and sun damage. It supports appropriate mitochondrial function. Mitochondria are the factories producing energy for our cells. With aging, they generate an excess of harmful free radicals as a side product.

DNA protection

The plant extracts used in The Age Tech serum are highly antioxidant. They protect DNA from oxidative stress and reduce its mutation rate, which is a key factor of organ and tissue aging and cancer.

Inflammation reduction

Our serum carries two important compounds preventing inflammation:
1. Stem cells from Gardenia Jasminoides reduce the activity of matrix metalloproteases (MMPs) which are enzymes degrading molecules responsible for cell elasticity.
2. The extracts of Centella Asiatica, containing Asiaticosides, is know for its inflammation reduction effects.
