Aube, what are your ingredients?

1. Your favorite material to touch and why?

My lover’s skin. If not, water for the feeling of freedom, cashmere because it reminds me of my mother’s reassuring arms. The linen and cotton of my clean, ironed sheets We spend a third of our life sleeping, we might as well do it in style.

2. What is your most striking memory?

When I figured out why we were on earth, it obviously changed my life.

3. The accessory or object or thing that you can never do without?

I always have stamps with me to send thanks, apologies or words of love. And then I probably preach for my parish, but I can no longer do without our serum.

4. The dish that you love to cook and / or eat?

El pa amb tomàquet. Catalan toast, you grate half a tomato on bread and add a drizzle of olive oil. If all the people ate it, we would fight less. The person who invented this deserves the Nobel Prize for gastronomy. It beats all the stars in the world.

The book, “On the Shortness of Life” by Seneca and as a film, “Babette’s Feast” by Gabriel Axel.

6. Your favorite style in decoration, design, architecture?

I am a big fan of the “less is more” of the Bauhaus. I would love all of Charlotte Perriand’s furniture in a mountain cabin designed by Peter Zumthor.

7. Where in the world other than your home do you feel good?

On all mountains from 2000m and particularly on the North Face of the Eiger.

I like to laugh at myself, and I try to make myself cry as little as possible.

With kindness and joy for the future.

The people who make up my team, exceptional people. And then the pa amb tomàquet in my clean sheets.
