We do not collect any sensitive data. In addition, our website does not contain information intended directly for minors. Minors should not disclose personal data without parental consent.

We permanently delete your data if we no longer need it for the purposes mentioned above.

9. Who do we transfer your data to?

We transfer your data only when necessary and in accordance with the guarantees of this policy. We make sure that the subcontractors guarantee the same level of protection as us and that they will limit the processing to the authorized purposes only.

When personal data is transferred to a third party in the United States, we take steps to ensure that the organization in question is certified with the EU-U.S. and Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield.
